What are they putting in the water in Rhode Island?

kind of a weak study with no more back ground lol

my point is there has to be a last and a first and without knowing the point system or how everything was calculated maybe the number 1 state ranked a 97.5 on a 1 to 100% scale of thirsty but the last state ranked 82.5 . . . then basically the states would all actually be pretty similar.

I mean this seemed to just use frequent searches . . . :shrug:
 
What else is there to do in R.I.? It is America's armpit.
