Modern-day feminists

Hello. I find that most (not all) modern-day feminists are all talk. They say they care about women's plight, but very few of them actually do anything about female genital mutilation that goes on in some countries, which in my humble opinion, is million times worse than any injustice a woman in the West has to deal with. It just seems like all they want to do is to make the lives of men in the West as miserable as possible.

I agree that it can be difficult to really make meaningful changes in foreign countries, but I really doubt many of them even tried. Besides, there is Doctors Without Borders, so I think it's at least theoretically possible.

Your thoughts?

Feminists are not in any way dedicated to anything that is unrelated to the advancement of the Liberal Agenda.

Any accomplished female who does not assertively advocate the need for whatever whackadoodle, feel-good agenda item they support on any particular day is ostracized.

Like any other Liberal, agenda driven, elitist, hate filled organization of zealots, they are more than willing to attack, lie about, defame, slander and silence any person of any gender that is not in 100% support of their agenda.

Of course, I could be wrong... Oh, and I love you, dear.

I was NOT saying that Doctors Without Borders should do something about female genital mutilation. I was saying that if these doctors could cross borders to do good, then the feminists should be able to do the same, too.

This thread is about modern-day feminists, not me.

So you have done nothing?

What you’re doing is worse than not caring. You’re exploiting a horrific form of abuse for your own petty gotcha attempt.

Are you claiming that you know what I think and what motivates me?

I just went out and bought a cheesecake yesterday. Quick, tell me why I did this.

Every thread you start is about your antediluvian opinions.

If you don't like what I have to say, you can put me on ignore.

They aren't just all talk, the reason it may seem so is that feminism is about getting as much in resources and privileges for women as possible with as little responsibility, effort and accountability as possible.

Lack of respect for animals.

Lack of respect for animals.

Wrong. It's because I love the taste of it.

Maybe people should just stop making assumptions about what motivate other people.

Right. I judge what you do because I know more.

You can read my mind?

Tastes are acquired, one's own. Blaming them is idiotic. But you're like, "I'm helpless". Pathetic. Are you sure you have personal agency?

Where did I say, "I am helpless"?

Do you agree or not agree that people should stop making assumptions about what motivate other people?

You control what you like the taste of. That's what "tastes are acquired" means. So blaming your tastes is nonsense. Your "reason" is nonsense. I know why you did it and you don't.

I know why you did it and you don't.

You are essentially saying that you know why I do the things I do better than I do.

How long have you had access to my brain, ecofarm?

It's not mind reading. I call 'em like I see 'em and as they tell me. My assessment is based on evidence.

You mean that you can perceive things. Perceptions can sometimes be wrong, no matter how correct you think you are.

You are free to think you got me all figured out. I really don't care.

Just criticizing what you tell me. If no one can criticize what you claim because no one can know, that's nihilism and I am not confronted by nonsense. Good day.

Did I say nobody could criticize what I say?

Also, saying that other people don't know what motivate me is not "nihilism". It's reality. Other people literally do NOT know what I think. The only person who knows that is me. I can't believe I need to be saying this to you.

Except we aren't even talking about our justice system.

Do you agree or disagree that the only person who knows what I think is me?

Motive can be established without "knowing someone's thoughts". Believing otherwise is stupid.
