For every woman who's been groped....

You should think about what you're posting and what it means. You're making claims against established science in defense of rape. You're using alt-right rhetoric against PC and education as your only support. It's pathetic and creepy.

Learn how to read. Only a fool would contemplate that I am defending rape. This is not politics. Stuff your meaningless labels. Follow the thread.

The worlds of psychiatry and psychology are not science. Both are humanitarian arts. Just like the practice of medicine, an art, somewhat based on science, but not neglecting observation, experience and good old estimated guesses.

Dr. #1 "Sorry, but the back pain you have been suffering indicates you have three months to live."

Dr. #2 "Sorry, but the back pain you have been suffering indicates you have six months to live."

Dr. #3 "Sorry for the pain, but next time remove the hanger from your coat before putting it on. Take two aspirin and come see me in about a year."

I'll have to ask my sister, but I think I know exactly which album to which you refer because she spent years tracking one down, and talked to Ely about it after a show. All I remember is that her copy was found in Australia.

About Jimmie Dale, she's always said that you either hate his voice or love it, and she's in the latter group while I'm in the former, generally. Except this:

For those unfamiliar with Guy Clark: https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-country/songwriter-guy-clark-dead-at-74-193199/

I've always heard that Van Zandt was pretty much, hmmm, "complicated" and "difficult." True?

Originally re-released as saved from some of those 8 Tracks as More a Legend Than a Band, and then again from the original reel to reel tapes found in storage as The Odessa Tapes. I understand that a bootleg CD of the 8 Track was floating around Japan and SE Asia back in the day. Likely what your sister found???

Jimmy D's voice changed as he aged. Eminently more listenable when he was younger. Like Dylan, don't understand a word he says, but his songs are great. Clark had the best sense of humor, one of only two musicians I know who organized and appeared on his own tribute album. :)

Townes was a complicated whiner, fine to work with when he was drunk, and he was always drunk. Poets get that reputation.... Then again, my experience with him was trading licks and stories for fun not work. My favorite rendition of Townes work is Steve Earl's 2 CD Townes tribute. An absolutely remarkable and Herculean effort.

I never thought any of these guys were really country, some western perhaps, but mostly Texas ballads, with a touch of country but more Mex. And almost all their work with a polka or waltz rhythm.

Not only has this man been arrested, publically shamed, but will now be placed on the sexual perverts registry.

As for the young lady, you go girl !!

Your premise is very unlikely to happen unless he is STUPID enough to unconditionally plead guilty. The charges will likely either be dropped for lack of evidence that it was intentional or the charges will be dropped after completing probation as part of a deferred adjudication and expungement deal.
