Anyone in San Antonio for the 2018 Pride Parade?

As I am on the executive Steering Committee for my company, I was able to push to get San Antonio's pride parade as one of the events my company will attend. Lo and behold, after much work, we made it. I even have a Vogue Model flying in from NYC to attend. Yeah baby (*disclaimer, he's the son of one of our executives who have helped me make this happen, I didn't like call the guy up and say "wanna march?") we got it going on.

So why bring this up? I know there are some LGBTA folks here on this board, and some that might maybe be attending this parade and well, it would be neat to meet up. Heck, if you wanted you could be IN the parade as my guest with us if you wanted too. My wife and son will be going with me. Gonna be a good time.

All kidding aside, good on you. I hope your efforts are successful as I am sure that there was a great deal of work involved.

You have come a long way. No doubt it was a tough road for a while. It is obvious to me that you are much happier now being who you are.

I take pride in the code I write, does that count as pride? I wonder if those NOT attending the parade will be noticed and be at a disadvantage when raises, promotions and layoffs are on the table. I remember those annoying United Way promoters wanting money to be regularly deducted from your paycheck with participation tracked by management. This seems 100x worse. As the phrase goes you will be MADE to care about "social justice".

High Quality baseball caps..... a guy who had made a lot of money in life in part because he lives in San Jose and his house became a nest egg and in part because he long worked as an exec in Corporate America (Florsheim Shoes if memory serves) and partly because he is smart treated everyone.

You know someone thinks highly enough of DP that they paid all the freight this month after we have been coming up short again for months, last month last I saw we only got to 66% of full funding...you might consider honoring this Patron of DP by providing decent quality content.

I have straight friends that all want me to go... so they are dragging me to it this year, it's okay I enjoy the festival, and the eye candy. but I will be in Houston this year.

"LGBT" is a relic of the fringe counter-culture 1960s, and will be a non-entity in the coming future, so enjoy it while it lasts. I'm sure it will always "exist" in some odd capacity, much like Scientology, or any other idiosyncratic sect that has historically. And I'm sure "homosexual" behavior, will always exist much as it does in less evolved species - but when the minority of disaffected individuals attempting to turn die off, whether early from disease, or evolutionary from non-reproduction it will be extinct as far as culture and society is concerned, as much as disco is.

If individuals who have been brainwashed into the cult and its fictitious "identity" merely to fill some void in a meaningless life wish to escape "persecution" - then leaving the cult and the self-marginalization that it naturally entails, and assimilating into healthy society would be the best option.

I certainly pity any children who've been trapped in such a diseased environment via the ruse of same-sex adoption or in-vitro fertilzation, and hope they have a way out, given the "LGBT" cult's open admiration of NAMBLA and other pro-pedophila organizations, which is well documented by research.

True indeed, my honest rule is that any group which has openly endorsed pro-pedophilia organizations such as NAMBLA and advocated child rape as a "right" - which is well-documented - is socially cancerous and ideally should be handled by the state at least the same as a group which sympathizes openly with ISIS:

I don't see a need for the community anymore. It seems homosexuals are relatively accepted in just about every Walk of Life.

"Homosexuals" are a social construct invented by the LGBT cult to give it a veil of legitimacy - the reality is that "sexuality" is fluid; I believe even Kinsey observed this.

A person might potentially experience a same-sex urge or attraction at some point in their life, just as they might any other impulse. However the invention of "homosexuality" as some type of static, fixed identity is a ruse.

I wouldn't be so sure. For some people most people I think heterosexuality or homosexuality is pretty fixed. Reality bears that out.
