I have no idea, I have an aversion to hanging around with naked men in locker rooms comparing genitals

So lets say a guy tries to have locker room talk with me, lets say he asks me something such as if I've ever been laid, can I press charges for sexual harassment? After all, he is making lewd conversation which I believe would be grounds for sexual harassment.
He has his first amendnement rights. That is tough.

StarShip Troopers wouldn't have a problem with it in modern times; why should we?

So another words I could go up to a random woman on the street and ask her if she would like to do this and that and get into graphic detail and not have to worry about her running to the nearest police officer and me being arrested. After all, I've got my first amendment rights.

Im speaking hypothetically of course, not that I ever would do that.
