Transgender Man Gives Birth to 2nd Child Proving There's no Such Thing as Transgender

I'm pretty certain that everyone (especially someone transitioning) knows that we can't switch chromosomes around or transplant a working womb into a man (yet?)

Once you get past ick factor and accept that's it none of your business, you can proceed with doing whatever you want with your life.

I see no reason why this person couldn't be a good a parent. Consider what "normal" families are producing.
Easy there. I would agree...its none of my business if someone wants to be delusional...until they insist on making it my business.

Here's where it is none of my business...I see someone, say hello sir or maam based on their appearance and politely carry on. Heres where they make it my business. That same person loses their **** and freaks out and screams "I'm not a man I'm a woman how dare you mis-gender me I hate you I hate you I hate you **** you! and then runs and has campus officials, school officials government officials, or any other number of people and they insist on courses on how to properly address deranged delusional ****heads.

Zir isnt a word. Ze isnt a word. Meb isnt a word. Plarg isnt a word. Xem, Xis, Flis, Flam....its all bull****. Society has capitulated to insanity. You are born a man or a woman. You may FEEL like you should have been born something else...but you werent no matter how you feel. If you were born a man but feel you should have been born a woman you are simply a man that feels like you should have been born a woman. Nothing wrong with that. Embrace that. love yourself. Hell...I love you...I respect you...all good. As soon as you insist...therefore I AM a woman...sorry...you are delusional. I can still love you and respect you even if we disagree...but that wont change the fact that you are delusional. What that WILL do is put you in a category of people that is 40% likely to express suicidal ideation or in fact attempt suicide. And you wont feel that way because I wont accept your delusion. You will feel that way because in spite of your delusion, every time you brush your teeth, no matter how hard you try to convince yourself you are a woman, you will see a man staring back at you from the mirror.

The person in the OP is a woman. Their delusion is going to cause THEMSELVES problems...and it is also likely to cause their child problems. But hey...you know what? Straight people that arent delusional about their gender **** up their kids too. I wish them all a lot of luck.

Didn't we used to pay 50 cents at the circus side show to look at a "transgendered" man. I think they called them "bearded ladies" back then.

Also little people, strong men, tattooed people, people with deformities, and various other types of people that we accept today. You make a good point.

This gentle readers, proves that there is no thing as 'transgender'. You are what you were born as, and now there's a boy baby in Wisconsin with a bearded mom/dad/person.
1. I don't think you understand the definition of transgender. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/transgender

2. I really don't understand the fixation on controlling how other people express and/or perceive themselves. I'd rather live in a town full of bearded moms and breasted dads than in a town full of sanctimonious gender-nazis.

Yeah, but since this is the Sexuality Department....who's the gnarly cis-gendered dude who impregnated a bearded guy?
That's the cat they should be interviewing!

"Gnarly?" Are you implying a California surfer dude or a pervert? *sigh*

I guess I'll just extend this sentiment further....love (and sex) is not gender-specific either.

I highly doubt this has ever happened to you, or that it happens with anything resembling regularity anywhere in the world. The few times I've said the wrong thing to a transgender person, they have either ignored it, or politely informed me that they prefer _____, to which I responded, as any polite person would, "oh, I'm sorry," and we both moved on like civilized adults.

In my experience, trans people only get pissed when, e.g., a trans person clearly presents as a woman (e.g. Caitlyn Jenner) and yet people insist on calling them "he" just to make a point and to insult and to signal their disapproval of trans existence.

As for terms like "ze", that is much more difficult to adopt in natural conversation, but the one person I've ever met who has asked others to use those pronouns was very respectful of people's good faith efforts and never got mad at anyone who made mistakes or expressed any outrage even at those who made no effort to conform.

The only unwarranted outrage I regularly encounter on this issue is by people who feel put upon simply by being asked to be respectful of others, as if that is so much to ask.

Sure that would be annoying, but have you had that experience? I certainly haven't, though I haven't been on a college campus lately.

The few trans folk I've seen and ID'd were either incredibly tense like they may panic any second, or just acted normally.

I assure you you've adopted several delusions of your own in your life. Be thankful you don't struggle with gender identity.

They know perfectly well they are either male or female physically, they struggle in spite of that.

Calling bull**** on the entire idea because you don't like their terminology doesn't reflect on them at all.

Its happening across the country and its only just begun. Some states have already begin enacting laws...in this country. Other countries already consider it a hate crime if you mislabel someone according to THEM.

You can call whatever you like. Your rabid attempt to downplay reality doesnt change what we are seeing occurring across the country. And Heres a guess..a hunch. Right now you claim "its not happening on a grand scale". Now...my guess...my hunch is that when it does happen on a grand scale your response will be so? Whats the big deal? Just do what they ask and it wont be a problem.

Mind you...thats just a guess. A 'hunch' if you will.

You're the one getting lathered up about terms no one is actually expecting you to use.

If anything I'd say you're are overstating reality. Help me understand what I'm missing.

The actual incidents of trans people who struggle with it throughout their lives could grow by an order of magnitude, and they still wouldn't be a significant issue to you or me, or reflect upon our culture beyond our willingness to accept them (or not.) The ones who are clinging to a fad will phase out of it.

So what indeed is the big deal?

I think if you accurately frame the "problem" you will see the flaw in your thinking.

Yes and that's good but what if the deformities were caused by a surgeons knife?

Transgender Man Gives Birth After Having a Child as a Woman | PEOPLE.com

Kaci Sullivan, who transitioned to a man, gave birth last month to his second child. He had his first child when he was still a she.

After all the surgery, hormone treatment, and posing in front of a mirror to act more dude-like, Sullivan did the most womanly thing possible; she gave birth.

This gentle readers, proves that there is no thing as 'transgender'. You are what you were born as, and now there's a boy baby in Wisconsin with a bearded mom/dad/person.
How does this prove there is no thing as 'transgender'???
I missed the part in the definition of transgender that says a transgender cant give birth? oh thats right it doesnt exist.

LMAO so in other news today water is wet, the sun is hot and the fact remains transgenders exist.:lamo:lamo

Yes and that's good but what if the deformities were caused by a surgeons knife?

"Celebrate Insanity"

Yes, we must immediately begin rounding up and executing the circumcised.

I'd like to hear who pro-transgenderism people would like to say about this.

Social change can be disconcerting for some, even many. It can be turbulent, even scary. Doesnt mean it's wrong.

I don't think so, only if the infant signed the consent form. I thank my good fortunes to be born to parents who were not big on genital mutilation.

Maybe we can just hang the circumcisionists instead.

That's very true. Only time will tell, however, how people will think of this. 20 years ago, many people opposed gay marriage in the US, nowadays more people support it than oppose it. It could be the same for transgenderism.

Yes, and some were painfully upset by social changes going on in Germany in 1942:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Rose

Progress can be upsetting to the old-fashioned.

Isn't it true that every honest German is ashamed of his government these days? Who among us has any conception of the dimensions of shame that will befall us and our children when one day the veil has fallen from our eyes and the most horrible of crimes– crimes that infinitely outdistance every human measure– reach the light of day? ”
— 1st leaflet of the White Rose
“ Since the conquest of Poland, 300,000 Jews have been murdered in this country in the most bestial way ... The German people slumber on in dull, stupid sleep and encourage the fascist criminals. Each wants to be exonerated of guilt, each one continues on his way with the most placid, calm conscience. But he cannot be exonerated; he is guilty, guilty, guilty! ”
— 2nd leaflet of the White Rose.
“ Why do you allow these men who are in power to rob you step by step, openly and in secret, of one domain of your rights after another, until one day nothing, nothing at all will be left but a mechanised state system presided over by criminals and drunks? Is your spirit already so crushed by abuse that you forget it is your right - or rather, your moral duty - to eliminate this system?

Apparently he was born transgender...and modern medicine enabled his transition.

So he took advantage of the ability to get pregnant...why shouldnt he? Again, the desire to be a parent isnt gender-specific.

There such no such animal.

This "Social Change" is not helping people...it is causing an alarming increase in mental disorder. People arent become more comfortable and more confident in themselves...they are becoming more ****ed up than ever. We are creating generations of chemical zombies. We are encouraging deformity.

How is it not helping people? And who is it harming?

As for increasing, much like gays or autism, these are people that were not able to come forth before, or were not diagnosed accurately in the past.

It's not that there are 'more' necessarily, but that they are no longer in hiding.

Edit: Just IMO, if we get to a point where we stop making a big deal out of gender distinctions and forcing societal mores and expectations on them, with general assimilation into society as has been happening with gays, then this issue will fade quite a bit.

Your version of 'progress' has caused 27% of California teens to become so ****ed up they dont know if they are boys or girls. Suicidality in trans men runs around 46%...until you throw in a comorbid diagnosis and it jumps to approx 60%. Studies have become completely political and unreliable...but even discounting the figures that show that 80% of teens that are encouraged to embrace a transgendered diagnosis at some point reject that diagnosis (because again...those numbers truly are unreliable) the fact remains that people are being MISDIAGNOSED in the first place. And THATS not a problem....right?

New York has about 36 identified gender types. I think the UK is up to 74.

Yay....progress.

So those suicides and stressed out teens? That comes from societal lack of acceptance, from societal pressures, etc.

It is not caused by being transgender.

I do agree that more needs to be known and better diagnoses made.
