Well i cant speak for anybody else but I know for me if you take this IDENTICAL case and just replace the girls with the guys nothing changes for me, my opinion in Post 99 reminds unchanged

The level of oddness here is astounding.

I'm having trouble understanding a crime of sexual assault. It was consensual sex. Blindfolded, but consensual. Idiotic, but consensual.

Other than gross-stupidity, was a crime committed here? Deserving of 6+ years in prison?

I would say no most certainly not. At any time that woman could have refused to put on the blindfold and said I want to see you and know who you are but she didn't.

She apparently didn't care.

I don't know how that would work. How guy could trick guy into thinking he's a woman and having sex with the guy. Obviously at some point there will be a penis inserted into something. I think you would find out very quickly but that point that the person is not female.

there was no crime committed there but inserting "nativity" into the conversation was certainly worse than the insertion of a fake penis .........
 
The only crime is that she didn't invite us all to watch.
 
What if a man pretended to be a woman? And every time they met up, the man had to wear a blindfold. The guy may be stupid, but he is under the impression he is getting oral from say, a woman. But it is in actuality, a man.

It's deceptive, it's deceit, it is sexual assault.

Blindfold the guy, perform oral sex. He would be none the wiser. And you would be surprised. If someone just said a woman is coming over, blindfolded you and this "woman" went down on you. Most guys wouldn't be able to tell the difference (unless this supposed woman had a thick beard or some other dead give away)

That all really depends on how good the oral sex is.
