So obviously, it's rape if she never consents to begin with but then there's the dilemma when she consents beforehand but then doesn't want it anymore afterwards.

Let's hear your opinions.

And btw, I'm not trying to imply that only women get raped, it just happens the majority of the time.

Of course. If she says stop. You gotta stop.

I see some room here for a gray area, like if it's an LTR or marriage and she is just saying "Stop!" to mess with your head. But, for the most part, no means no, regardless of when.

You are out of date, only an enthusiastic "YES!!....OH **** ME HARD BABY!!!!" is good enough for a bunch of these assholes.

"No means no" is so last generation.

I voted yes just like... everyone else.

But before the misandric "all men are rapists," can we agree that there is a threshold?

For instance, after consent becomes singular (not mutual), changing positions would be wrong thing to do while continuing intercourse. The next physical position in a non consensual act should be a non sexual position.

The stupid and irritating point of agreement above will lead to further questions, so I can't expect everyone will agree to it. I refuse to believe that sex suddenly becomes rape at any time an accusation is made, or before one or more parties can react, etc. If at any time consensual sex becomes uncomfortable, i.e. if you really wish you hadn't had consensual sex last night with that person, it doesn't make it a rape. Same thing applies during sex.

This is why the establishment is supposedly full of "cucks." Like they want everyone to be part of their elaborate BDSM fantasy where men are sex slaves who only engage in intercourse when commanded by their masters. ****ing sickening, and probably not too shy of the truth. Not all human beings are slaves of cucks. Slavery is illegal.

No we can not, because according to so many if I have tied down my wife and put a gag in her mouth and she has given exact instructions on what she wants me to do and I follow them EXACTLY then I am a rapist because she did not have the ability to provide continuous consent.

And that is really fun, and she loves it, and we agree........ but the government tells me that we are wrong but that I am the only one in this agreement with delivery of agreed upon services who is wrong.

CRIMINALLY WRONG.

See my post #29.

I support shelters for domestic abuse survivors, but ultimately its up to the survivors to get themselves out in the first place. The government is already way too invested in splitting up families for my taste.

Because why...because the feminists do not believe in families generally, and their opinion rules the day in government. .

We should have known that we would end up here 20 years ago.

NOTE: No one should be shocked to hear me say this, I have been upfront about my heresy from my very first day here.

Feminists do believe in families, but I am not sure if feminism is compatible with family life. Where family ought to exist for many feminists, feminism is often a surrogate family. We need only to look at historical fascist states to understand how chauvinism is politically incompatible with a moral code.

Oh and by the way, I maintain my position that forced fatherhood is the rape of men, and that female chauvinists espouse and endorse it.

I say that you are right on the second part. As for the first part....maybe, but damn you have a lot of work to do to convince me should you be interested in the endeavour.

stop means stop yes

I do however have a problem with that once things are heavily underway but apparently it is still rape but there is such room for misunderstanding

if there is a good connection before hand this should not happen

It strikes me as odd, unless some sort of physical discomfort had suddenly developed, offering an obvious, understandable reason to stop, that someone who had desire enough for intercourse to start it would then want to stop it. If I had the least idea that a woman would do such an unkind thing to me, for no understandable reason, I would never go to bed with her in the first place. I want a partner who doesn't want things to stop any more than I do.

As long as she communicates to you somehow that she no longer consents, then yes, it's rape.

So obviously, it's rape if she never consents to begin with but then there's the dilemma when she consents beforehand but then doesn't want it anymore afterwards.

This, however, is an entirely different situation. You can't remove consent after the fact.

"You're hurting me... Bob... please stop. It hurts... BOB ! OW !"

"NO SAMANTHA YOU SAID YES NOW YOU DEAL WITH IT"

Yes, it is rape. This is a no-brainer.

Seriously?

This is very low quality work.

You came up with a ridiculous scenario and claim "so many" are disagreeing with you on it. You're wrong.

I completely agree

I can see teens having a problem with this because their hormones are so revved up and they start something on the spur of the moment and then develop fear and panic but to me, no adult should end up in this position unless they are drugged
