Voluntary human experimentation

Who's to say that a persons gender or sexuality cannot be unchanged

This is why I adhere to the belief in both libertarianism and transhumanism devoid of ethics.
I think with the libertarian morality of voluntarism, that eliminates the ethical concerns posed by transhumanism.

What if we could cure people's sexuality by rewiring the brain? Obviously we'll have to saw open a human skull and **** around, which would probably result in tons of mishaps and countless deaths. '

But with these closet homo christians, they'll do ANYTHING if they're desperate enough. I mean, if you wanna commit suicide cause you're gay? Why not volunteer your brain for science.
Why not do the same thing with trans people?
Their suicide rate is super high. That's a lot of people who feel worthless and can be convinced to sacrifice themselves in the name of research. They wanna die anyway, so why not die for science

An experiment like that may have consequences. A much better solution would be genetic engineering in the womb. The problem with that though is that we'd have to wait till like 2100 when we have the technology.

If the person agrees to it, and is gonna die immediately after we're finished anyway, why do the consequences matter? We're literally gonna kill them as soon as it's over

Sadly many people have lost the idea that human life has paramount value.

It does.
But not more than self-ownership.

If there's a conflict between a human being life and that human's individual will, individual will trumps the value of life

Something like 1/3 who attempt suicide not only survive but never attempt again. But he doesn't give a damn that his 'research' would 100% kill them because he's a hater troll

I don't give a damn because I put their ability to make free choices above all else. I can't predict the future and know what choices one will make in the future or what they'd potentially have made.
I can only respect a persons immediate choice, and if that choice is to die, it's only right to respect that persons autonomy
