Feminism: Good or Bad

Oh, I am not a victim and you are certainly not treating me with contempt or anything...

Also, I am not whinging about insults... I am merely pointing out that you devolved from a kinda argument to silly pathetic insults for no reason. Do it more... doesn't really bother me but it certainly seems to bother you to have it pointed out.

Pointing out that your playing the victim card. Pointing out that in your own words you give power to women and then whinge when they take it. Pointing out that when i point this out all you can do is attack me rather than put up a good argument to defend what you have said. As usual you do nothing mo=re than make silly remarks and then launch into attacks on whoever points out how silly your remarks are. This is not a thread about feminism. It is a thread that demonstrates why some are weak.

Is it good or bad? It seems that modern day feminists talk about equality with men but really dislike men. There are arguments about income inequality that are false, rape culture, etc. It seems that the arguments are not really about equality but about victim hood and blame. I know some of the 60's feminists and they are pretty appalled at what transpires today. I am interested in maintaining equality but I would argue that women actually have it better than men in today's society. They can work, not work, have a kid, not have kid and they pretty much control all relationship decisions in the early days especially but even past that to a degree... and that is fine... anyway, I'll stop rambling.

Thoughts?

When you cut through all the bull crap, feminism is about one thing: Draining resources from men and giving absolutely nothing in return.

Ah Laci Green.

Honestly kind of attractive until she opens her mouth and all that hateful SJW bull**** pours out and that takes care of that. Her tweets on election night encapsulate why she is ultimately so repulsive.

I can only refer to such intellectual giants as Harvard University: "What these male feminists fail to realize is that, as men, they will always be oppressors. No matter how many feminist marches they attend or how much feminist literature they read, they are not exempt from perpetuating the subordination of women."

You're whining about an out-of-context line from a student-run newspaper?

I think that some have noble goals but I also think that most realize that most feminist goals have already been met... almost all actually. The feminists today are generally just bitter man haters. I am not sure why... but that is how they come across...

I am not whining -- I genuinely accept that men bear unforgivable innate guilt. Nothing which is not approved by Harvard would be published in Harvard newspaper -- definitely they will not publish Politically Incorrect material.

Everyday Feminism is not some extremist site (like TERFs sre) -- Everyday Feminism reflects the mainstream attitude in American Culture.

Now that is nonsense -- the fact that women could not vote was a great injustice. The greatest injustice in USA after Slavery was Conscription. Women gained Suffrage in 1919, men were freed from Conscription in 1973.
Women are not evolutionary primed to take decisions that concerns the tribe. I don't see how it is an injustice, when it prevents grave mistakes.

Feminism has led directly to the collapse of the nuclear family. It has also led to the sharp left turn in Western politics that we have seen in the last 100 years.

These two things have led directly to the requirement for more immigrants, ironically from cultures that do not espouse feminist values.

In my opinion, this will lead to Civil War in Europe in the next 50 years, and in the United States in the next 100 years.

I do not really believe in Evolution. No human -- male or female has capability to work in modern world.

I believe that the fact that women could not vote until 1919 was a great injustice. The fact that men in USA had to give up 2 years of their life until 1973 was a greater injustice.

Then you are arguing that the newspaper is correct?

Please clarify your argument.

Then you are arguing that the newspaper is correct?

Many great minds of our time agree that men bear unforgivable innate guilt. Acceptance of this fact would lead to different conclusions for different people.

You are not making sense. I am arguing that a single sentence in a student-run organization does not qualify as an official stance from the university itself.

I don't see how assigning duties to genders due to their evolutionary development, i.e men taking decisions for the tribe, is such an injustice. Isn't it an injustice towards men that throughout most time child-rearing has been done by women then. Women have excelled in other fields were men were minding their business.

There's a cure for that "unforgivable innate guilt": MGTOW
