You really don't get it, do you? It's generally socially acceptable for a man to pay for sex. They aren't thrown out of jobs, clubs or groups of friends as a result. It is not generally socially acceptable for women to pay for sex. Upon revelation, they will and do suffer repercussions.

The only way to completely avoid one's partner from having future expectations is to pay for it. While I haven't tried such, I was surprised when this understanding finally dawned on me.
