Things I Wish I'd Learned About Straight Sex in High School

I always assumed that, after getting sex ed in some progressive, pro-feminist liberal school that I’d gotten a banging sex education. Add to that my volunteer time in planned parenthood, college level biology classes, many discussions and debates about female body issues with other feminists, and a safer sex education from the wider queer community, I figured I was a mother******g pro when it came to knowing what was what about sex.

So, you can imagine my surprise when I picked up Taking Charge of Your Fertility, and realized holy ****, I have no idea how my vagina works.

In my defense, I think I actually did get a much better sexual education than your average American. Which… really makes me worry about our current level of sexual literacy.

Yeah we should do it the conservative way and just not teach sex-ed at all and let our genitals remain a mystery draped in religious dogma.

exactly right, we should go back to the good old days when people held good strong traditional values and if anyone stepped out of that line, well then they were shamed beyond belief and made to feel less than

What is even funnier is that during the fight against traditional values they were called sexists and they are STILL called sexists today.

the only fight today is for equality where it still does not exist and the fight to ensure the rights that were gained are not lost, you know "rights" like the right to decide what is best for one's own body be that an abortion or the right to die with dignity

So basically if you're not allowed to have the government insert itself into a private contract between other citizens in order to force YOUR morality on them, it's actually you being persecuted. Jesus christ what a delicate and backwards snow-flake you are. Why don't you give liberty a try and stop trying to shove your religion down other people's throats? What other people do with their bodies and the contracts they make is frankly none of your god damn business.

I don't know who that person is that you quoted, but he is not the spokesperson for all conservatives. Many conservatives aren't even religious. As usual, you are making **** up. Shocker.

No, the right to equality is not the same fight as the fight against traditional values. Maybe you should research things like the feminist movement and the sex revolution. If you think either one of those is simply a equality movement then you probably don't understand those movements all that well.
 
Really, why do people keep calling government marriage a private contract? A government license is controlled by the government and provided by the government. A private contract is between private parties, not between a citizen and their government.

my world which impacts me daily is most certainly limited to my little circle of friends and work mates...they are my inner circle

Because I work in a helping profession we are all quite similar...if anything, my leanings are likely more right than theirs but lefties understand, respect, listen well and support unconditionally.........no judgement

it's a beautiful thing

there is much comfort in surrounding oneself with others who hold the same values and respect for others, you feel understood and supported

if you do not see that then you are missing the point

Actually, we are called to judge actions, God judges the heart. Yes, God is love, but God is also Holy and Righteous and He cannot, nor will not allow anyone into His presence without His Son's redemption applied to the individual soul.
