New Delhi (CNN)An Indian boy born with four legs and two penises is set to return home after a successful surgery.

Doctors at Bangalore's Narayana Health City described the complexities of the case to local reporters at a news conference Thursday.
The boy, who has not yet been named, was born with polymelia -- a rare congenital birth defect that results in extra limbs or organs, which are usually deformed.

Why does it seem like Indians suffer from so many genetic defects.
 
I think that's because there are billions of them. I don't know about China. They probably "off" them quietly.

Eh, when I looked at the picture of the kid, I felt sorry for him, especially in the before pic and quite frankly it did not appear to me as if he'd even be able to walk much less incessantly **** all those females that would, no doubt, throw themselves at him.

There are over a billion Indians. It shouldn't be surprising that stories of abnormalities come out of China and India a lot more just based on the number of people there.
