OK, he was born with two brains but, what if one of them is gay and what if they cut off the wrong one? This is a minefield.
 
That occurred as a result of fetal resorption where the twin didn't form properly in the womb and attached to the more healthy twin. The picture showing the after surgery is so great, they did an awesome job.

I think environment factors play a big big roll.
There is a lot of pollution over there.

The water etc. is bad due to that.

The factories and plants have little standards in the way of safety or other
Environmental safety.

This probably does not help the genetic deformities that occur.
