That still only addresses the when. As well as who, but not the how.

I'm petty sure this is how it came into being. I don't believe for a moment that a god would destroy two cities over the way they were having sex, but doesn't touch the entire middle east for 1400 years of blood letting.

Just seems kind of completely and totally retarded for a supreme being.

God? No, man made all that crap up not God. If God made it up it wouldn't have been so easily picked apart by the likes of me.

What it was was a bunch of old Hebrew men that loved whoring around and plowing their 9 year old sex slaves but needed something worse that made god more angry so they could feel pious.

That is the whole purpose of religion.

Maybe one day you'll understand that. Use that intelligence and realise you've been douped by a cult.
