That's because if you ever don't want to make a baby, you can call it rape.
I won't be making babies period.

you can call it rape or no fault divorce.
However, in the United States, the FBI Uniform Crime Report in 1996 and the United States Department of Justice in 1997 reported that 8% of the rape accusations had been through investigation determined to be false
Most people are decent.
I personally don't have much of a problem with slutty women/men.
If they get knocked up or given an STD by a random douchbag, it SEVERELY impacts a woman's life.
No, it biologically impacts a woman's life. Let's not get too carried away. Epidemiology and reproduction are both biological and social phenomena, yet the only true difference between men and women that I can see is biological.
what? I don't understand the point of your distinction.
It not only biologically impacts a woman's life but also mentally... speak with any psychologist or doctor on what is unhealthy sexual behavior. It biologically impacts a man's life if he gets an STD and if the woman become pregnant... she could then also legally screw him over.
I think I might have misunderstood you.Allow me to explain. I do not believe that saying "I have a vagina, therefore I make the rules" is socially or legally any different than saying, "I have a penis, therefore I make the rules." Yes, women can legally screw over men. Yet the only true difference between men and women is biological, so why do we prioritize women over men? I believe that in the same way we don't extend sexual privilege to women, we extend special legal privileges to women that are oppressive of men. Within the context of sexual promiscuity, future parenthood is not a legal risk of women, however it is an ethical risk for both men and women.
In society, we commonly use financial matters to justify financial matters. Take the income tax, for example. It is a financial tax based on a financial matter (income). The vagina tax, on the other hand, is bleeding out biological justifications into financial matters. This type of quid-pro-quo arrangement is illogical and relies heavily on appeals to emotion and authority. We want to know what is the right thing to do, and we want to keep doing it right.
So, if women want to be treated as equals, they should stop supporting a legal system which is oppressive of men on a sexual basis.
I think I might have misunderstood you.
No man, don't get all MGTOW on me. Not all women will reject you because you're poor.
