Who belongs in the women's restroom?

If he were in there alone with the door locked due to the men's room being out of order, or full, I would consider it to be absolutely normal. If you gotta go....you gotta go!

If this guy followed my wife into a ladies room, he and I would be rolling on the floor.

Then you still have an enforcement issue. How exactly are you going to ensure the overly sensitive conservatives will use the restroom marked "freaks"?

Ok rephrase. Do you agree with the NC law that a person with a vagina, regardless of how they look, must use the women's restroom, and that a person with a penis, regardless of how they look, must use the men's restroom?

You didn't have to rephrase, as I caught the nature of your question, and I have read enough bout the NC bathroom fiasco last me a life time. The entire scenario is a "can o worms" and will lead to serious trouble, and people getting hurt. Do you think people will change overnight just because the government says they have to?

Anyone who has that expectation is a fool, as demonstrated by the changes during the Civil Rights era. People didn't go treating blacks better all of the sudden because the law said to. I don't expect to see anything different today. But it will improve over time.

Some people still need the law to make them act civilly.

The "freaks" room is for the poor saps who have been duped into believing one can change their gender through genital mutilation and synthetic hormones. This crime against humanity was not perpetrated by conservatives, but you already knew that. ;)

"May" would be a better word than must.

A person with a penis must use the men's room and so can anyone else.

Only persons with a vagina may use the women's room.

In schools you cannot go back and forth.

The freaks are those who think they don't have enough privacy doing their business behind a closed stall door but only from one type of person.

No one is talking about schools right now. And beyond that, you don't get to see anyone's penis or vagina in a public restroom, with the exception of possibly at urinals, but then men's rooms aren't really the contention.
