I was put in an air cast boot today (doctor suspects either charcot foot or tendonitis and I have to see an ortho next week). It is not overly comfortable. Any advice/suggestions on how to live with this thing? Thanks in advance.

1) Elevate and stay off it. 2) Ibuprofen, or bourbon. Either will help with the discomfort, just don't use them together.

Thanks. It will have to be bourbon - I'm allergic to ASA! Hey, that works lol
