Great video, I do hope they pull this off.

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. The JWST has been in the works since 1996 and was initially suppose to cost $824.8 million. After 23 years, four failed launch dates, and more than $4.5 billion later, the JWST is still facing delays after failing a test deployment in March 2018.
This is why the unconstitutionally created NASA should be abolished. The private sector could accomplish this in a fraction of the time and cost than this kind of government incompetence.

Could? Why haven't they?
They've had 23 years to do it. Why has nobody in the private sector done it?
Because Congress awarded NASA the project. Had Congress opened the project up to the private sector the JWST would've already been in operation for years, at a fraction of the cost NASA is spending.
There's no law that stops the private sector from building a better telescope for less money. Why didn't they do it?
Actually, there is a law and Congress enacted it. You really have no clue how it works do you? Considering the lack of basic civics education in public schools these days I suppose I shouldn't be surprised by the staggering amount of ignorance on display.
