The more complicated technology becomes the more chances of errors and mistakes happening.

thats why I send all my messages by ciphered telegraph

Well technically that would be very secure considering no one else in the world would be able to read your messages including the intended recipient.

That was the point of the joke

MacOS complicated? HAHAHA.. sure, it is confusing as hell to use, but complicated? :)

Thats nothing compared to Win10 constantly "updating" your PC while spying on you.

LOL you are really paranoid over nothing. You do know that studies have been done on what info and how much info is sent from Windows 10 machines right? You do know that MacOS, Andorid, iOS and so on all "spy" on what you do and have keyloggers?

Yeah, studies financed by Microsoft. Earlier this year Yahoo and Uber were breached, and millions of accounts were compromised. MS is going to get hit sooner or later and there will be a lot of people who'll be sorry about it.

You love to post flaws in other systems but it's funny you havent said a peep about MS, especially since its got more security flaws than the others combined. Classic disinformation campaign.

Here is the current tally of security vulnerabilities on Win10.

Time to revert back to the two cans and string..... No hacking that system.

The funny thing is where I work we send one document to a certain gov't agency via fax only because the doc contains DOB and SSN. Sending that kind of info via email is muy mal, so we end up using 70's technology.

I'd call it really annoying. No rt-click, no Task Manager, it's search functionality is horrible and "Finder" has the worst UI I've ever been forced to work with.

Guess it does make it complicated if you cant do anything simple without jumping over mountains.. something that MacOS has in common with iOS.

Coding wise. How many millions of lines of code are there to make MacOS?

Tons. Problem is, this fault should have been caught in quality control.

Aint the first time Apple has done this.. SSL bug that went unpatched for 2 years. Safari security bug, known to Apple, unpatched for years and only Google got fined for exploiting it..

This wasn’t a technical issue with some complex coding though, it was a very simple and careless oversight. It’s a bit like forgetting to shut the back-bedroom window when you’re locking up the house to go out.

I’d be happy to explain to you in simple terms how nobody is spying on you through your computer but only if you put some pants on first. ;)

Prove it. Be specific.

Prove what? That OS sends back information to its maker? That is common knowledge. For example, MacOS just got the update for this bug. To get it, the OS needs to send information about the machine and person using it to Apple. What Apple does with this information well.. depends if you trust a company as secretive as Apple and lax in security.

In other words, you've never used OSX, and likely, you've never used a Mac.
