Spending most of my time now not far from the Keys, and doing lots snorkeling/a bit of Scuba, this really is great to see.
Hoping we can do this, as well as the 'old' method, sinking a ship offshore, to act as an anchor for Coral and other marine life.

Great to see, I've been diving for decades, and have noticed that good coral reefs are getting harder to find. it takes so little to destroy them, and a long time to rebuild. I'm hoping to set up a reef tank at some point this year.

I also noticed that they planned for the trend of the oceans to get warmer, and chose the strains that would handle higher temperature water better.

It sounds like a great idea, I wonder it the survival rate is high, when they move the Coral, from the
growth tanks to the open water? I hope so.
