One in three Russian doctors who treat coronavirus patients have been told to change how they report cases, according to a survey cited by the Meduza news website Thursday amid questions over Russia’s low Covid-19 death toll. The survey on the Russian app “Doctor’s Handbook” involved 509 medics, Meduza reported. More than one-third of the respondents said they had been instructed to label pneumonia caused by Covid-19 as a different disease. “This practice lets one adjust the incidence and mortality rates,” the outlet wrote. Russia has the world’s second-highest number of coronavirus cases with 326,448 as of Thursday, and a death rate of 1.88 per 100,000 Russians. In the United States, that figure is 27.61 per 100,000 Americans, while Britain's death rate sits at 52.45 per 100,000 people. Moscow civil registry data showed 18% more fatalities in April 2020 than the average April mortality total over the past decade. Facing the suggestion that the excess deaths could be linked to Covid-19, city health officials said 60% of its coronavirus patients died from vascular accidents, malignant diseases, organ failure and incurable deadly diseases. Russia counts deaths of coronavirus-positive patients toward its total if pathologists say the virus directly caused their deaths.

Firstly, Russian coronavirus tests have a failure rate of 50%. Secondly, only counting deaths that are a direct result (?) of C-19 is a dishonest methodology. Third, Russian pathologists are in the employ of the state.

4th, these Russian medics felt safe enough to answer the questionnaire honestly, unlike in China, which has just been killing and torturing medical professionals who've spoken out. Boo, Russia bad.

A review of your threads from the start of 2020 to Februrary, shows that you created 112 threads that were critical of Russia, and 1 thread that contained any mention of China. Your China thread was about the prospect of coronavirus spreading into Russia, and killing a large percentage of the population.

It looks like you should try again.

Yeah, you 'do your own thing', which also happens to be the very thing that the media did for 3 years- overstating the threat that Russia poses to US and world stability, while remaining silent about the much greater threat that China poses.

How can you carry on with business as usual, now that China's corrupt government has killed 100k Americans, and contributed to a worldwide economic panic?

For all of the manufactured fear about Russian trolls, we have more than our fair share of CCP trolls, some of them living in the US.
The sad thing is, you think you're parroting what the intelligence communities want us to hear, and in a way, you're right. Even 100k dead Americans, and 33 million jobs lost doesn't give you a hint that you're serving a malignant master.

No. Their COVID numbers are manufactured.

There is a meaningful correlation between the number of COVID infected and the number of COVID deaths + the mitigation approach.

That correlation for Russia is a statistical impossibility.
