What does it mean to forgive?
It has been said that forgiveness is for those who have no power. We hear of people forgiving someone who murders, who commits some really bad deed. Does this mean that the person who committed the act will go unpunished? If so, will that not embolden the perpetrator to do the same again at some other time?
