Is the word 'Divine' even in The Holy Bible? Could you relay back some verses within The Holy Bible with the word 'Divine'?

It took me 3 seconds.

"Divine" in the Bible

Oh, and for you :

What is a search engine ?

is that the only one? Sorry, I should have made the question a little clearer. Where in The Holy Bible does it ascribe the word Divine with God? There is one is 2Peter, as you have posted... There are a few others about His having some kind of 'divine' quality...

And so, what would 'divinity' be? Such as a Master's Degree in Divinity?

And what is 'divination'? And 'divining'?

devise, plan, mean, with accusative 2803. chashab BDB Hebrew: 2803. ?????? (chashab) -- to think, account he will forecast

Determine by lot or magical scroll; by implication, to divine 7080. qasam Strong's Exhaustive Concordance: Hebrew 7080. ????? (qasam) -- to practice divination they shall divine

Do these two different words have a similar meaning?

The first word can be found in Daniel 11:24 and the second word can be found in Ezekiel 21:29

The first word in the first verse being 'to forecast' and the second word in the second verse being 'to divine'.

What do you mean only one ? There were more than one in the link I gave you.

2 Peter 1:3 [Full Chapter]
[ Confirming One’s Calling and Election ] His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.

2 Peter 1:4
Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

Romans 1:20
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

Acts 17:29
“Therefore since we are God’s offspring, we should not think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone—an image made by human design and skill.

Could you tell me what 'divine nature' means? I don't know.

nature 5449. phusis nature From phuo; growth (by germination or expansion), i.e. (by implication) natural production (lineal descent); by extension, a genus or sort; figuratively, native disposition, constitution or usage -- (man-)kind, nature(-al).

divine 2304. theios godlike, divine, godhead. divine, manifesting the characteristics of God's nature. Theios coming from Theos : theos: God, a god
Original Word: θεός, οῦ, ὁ
Part of Speech: Noun, Feminine; Noun, Masculine
Transliteration: theos
Phonetic Spelling: (theh'-os)
Short Definition: God, a god
Definition: (a) God, (b) a god, generally.

So: theios is derived from Theos, which can be ascribed to demigods as well. God versus god? And so hence the capitalizations of certain Theos words??? As in comparison of 1Corinthians 8:5 and 2Thessalonians 2:4 in the Greek script???

theoi θεοὶ 1Corinthians 8:5
Theon Θεὸν 2Thessalonians 2:4

and so, divinity is ascribed to both demigods and Almighty God.. Maybe because the demigods are the 'fallen' ones which were created with the Divinity of Almighty God? And the demigods use their God given 'divinity' against God? Just as humans use their God given lives against God?

Although there is a co-relation. they are two different things.
Divinity is a state of being ( Divine, relating to God), whereas divination is an art or practice that seeks hidden knowledge or foretelling the future.
God doesn't have to SEEK knowledge. He already has the knowledge, and nothing is hidden from Him.

Divine can also be used to mean good things. To err is human, to forgive divine.

....or it can be used to mean pleasant things. She looks divine in her wedding dress.

Angels were created by God to serve Him and do His bidding and carry out His will. There are many types of angels with varying functions.
They must've been given special powers in order to do them. Were they all given the same power, or varying powers depending on their function?
We don't know. Though they may be described as divine, that doesn't make them equal to God.

I suppose the fallen angels would've been given special powers along with the rest.

Forgive me but what is the purpose of the question?

Whether the word devine is no where in the Bible or if it is on every page what would be the take away?
