In your view, could a follower of another religion reach Heaven if they worshiped God/Jesus under a different name or interpretation?
Yes. God cares about your heart and the way you live your life more than he cares about your head and the way you think about life. He cares more about the fact you believe in him and live your life accordingly than that you have correct knowledge about him.
I believe there are many non-Christians in heaven. Likewise, I believe the opposite is also true. There are many people who thought they were Christians who didn't make it into heaven because they mistakenly believed that merely believing with their head was enough and that some magical prayer had ensured their future.
I like the following quote form Billy Graham on the topic:
Billy Graham said:"And that's what God is doing today, He's calling people out of the world for His name, whether they come from the Muslim world, or the Buddhist world, or the Christian world or the non-believing world, they are members of the Body of Christ because they've been called by God. They may not even know the name of Jesus but they know in their hearts that they need something that they don't have, and they turn to the only light that they have, and I think that they are saved, and that they're going to be with us in heaven."
