Curses and hexes.

Hello,

Anyone on this thread know anything about curses, what they are, what they are alleged to do? The subject sounds all interesting and fascinating. And it has been romanticized. But to me it is all ado about nothing. Sure there have been people in the past you wanted to curse but did anything bad happen to the other fellow? Still waiting? It makes the curser feel good but nothing else.

The most common curse folklore we encounter is Egyptian. I think it came into popularity in the 20s but most of the Egyptian curses had ill effects in the afterlife.

God scored a stunning 10-0 win over Egypt's menagerie of "gods" with the Ten Plagues, so we can't take them seriously!

Same with all sorts of statues to the world's false "gods", they're FUNNY..:)
God said- "Like a scarecrow in a melon patch, their idols cannot speak; they must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not fear them; they can do no harm nor can they do any good." (Jeremiah 10:5)
