Christianity and Homosexuality

Just out of curiosity can you provide a couple of examples of what was "wildly contradictory" in the video?

There was no video in your link, I only read up to the point where the site is considering the near death experiences (NDEs) of individuals as an accurate depiction of hell. NDEs are wildly variable and contradictory. People who experience them often see things which conform to their personal beliefs, and are in direct opposition to Scripture. There is nothing in Scripture, nor science that would indicate the NDE is an accurate way to measure anything. That is why I rely on, and test things only in light of Scripture. Not the subjective experiences of man. You also referenced Bill Wiese, another NDE.

Just curious, are you a KJV only adherent?

I base my faith on the word of God, not the very subjective and wildly contradictory near death experiences of man.

Do you have no answers on this? Would appreciate the scriptural support for your claim above.

And why would an NDE offer neither a scientific explanation for the processes of the dying brain, nor a prelude to an afterlife? It could be both, in theory, but i don't see how it could be neither as you insist

Subjective experience is highly flawed. Just look at the abysmal accuracy rate of eye witness testimony, let alone the trauma of a heart attack. However, it's all we'll have to go on as far as human NDE goes for a very long time. There is no ethical way to try and measure it when life saving treatment is needed. There have been the usual lab rat studies though, which are quite revealing if you ask me

The video I was referring to was in Post # 384. Here it is again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lhhEvfSaSA

It wasn't a near death experience. It was a vision of sorts like the kind Isaiah had in Isaiah chapter 6 and like John had in Revelation chapter 1, so it is biblical. But instead of seeing the Lord his vision was of hell.

Just curious, are you a KJV only adherent?

No. I prefer NIV and NKJV.
