Theological Truths that are the foundation to Christian Church Unity

How is it not?

It discusses our salvation (soteriology), not God considered in himself, thus it is not technically theological.

how do you think deserves the glory for your salvation you? someone else? your pastor?

Incoherent.

what exactly did you do to earn that salvation?

11 was technically true, but misleading since it implies salvation by faith alone, which is of course heretical.

For you are saved by grace through face not of works least any man should boast.

There is faith and then there is saving faith. Saving faith is dependent on total dependance on God and that His Son saved us for our sins.

Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. - James 2:24

works is the result of faith not the other way around.
works is not a measure of salvation nor will it every be.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Exactly.

Paleocon is a Catholic. Furthermore he is a Catholic. before he is a Christian. And when the church says something that isn't biblical basically when the magic man in the magic hat suits on the magic chair he becomes God, thusthe Catholic church alters Christianity. They are essentially making it up as they go. That is the main reason I left Catholicism. They contradict Jesus.

Please show me in the Catholic catchism where it says that the Pope is God? Be precise.

It's not in the catechism. It's called ex cathedra. Basically the guy can sit in David's Thorne and say whatever he wants and that is considered the invaluable word of God. Thus he can make up ****.

Why does God need glorification from "nothing"?
If He wished He can save even the most heinous human since anything and everything He does is prefect and needs no approval from "nothing"
Why would He create such "nothing" since He has no needs and nothing can add or subtract from Him?

He doesn't, worship isn't something God needs, it's something that benefits humans (and God in a way).

Of course, that is a misrepresentation of ex cathredra . It is saying that when the pope 'speaking from authority' is defining a piece of doctrine concerning faith or morals that is considered infallible. It is very very rare that it happens, and it is hardly saying he is God.

Yeah, right.

Yea not catholic non-denominational. i use to be pretty heavy baptist and now i have switched as i didn't agree with everything in the baptist preaching either.
there are things i disagree with about the catholic church.

1. I don't need to pray to the virgin mary or any other saint. Christ taught us how to pray with the Lords prayer.
2. I don't need a priest to confess my sins to as there is nothing a priest can do to forgive them. Christ is the only one faithful and just to forgive us our sins.

This is more ideological than anything else and the catholic church does do a ton of charity work.

As the scripture i quoted says
Glory is God's and He will share it with no one.

The only people that he share Glory with is Jesus and the Holy spirit since they are 1 being.

So for people that attempt to gain glory for themselves they are setting themselves up as a god or trying to.

this is the reason that Christ turned people away. the works that they did were not for God's glory or to pass on His message it was to promote themselves as clanging symbols.

"there are about 100 people in the world who hate Catholicism, but millions who hate what they erroneously believe Catholicism to be." Fulton Sheen

If you "left" Catholicism because you thought the Pope was "God" perhaps you should reconsider, since that is not now nor has it ever been taught within Catholicism.
Most non Catholics mess up the ex-Cathedra thing so you are not alone in your misunderstanding of a term that is so specific and precise it is almost as rare as honey bee in the North Pole.

The Catholic church has many merits and I will never say they aren't Christian. But there were a lot of issues I didn't like about it.

I left Catholicism for many reasons.

I don't challenge what or why people believe, unless they describe or claim something that is in direct conflict with the facts. I am sure there are many reasons not to be a Catholic, but at least offer the ones that have a basis in fact.

Yet that is not how it is or was presented.

Yeah, number 6 is Nice for a poetic hyperbole ... but not really for solid and sound theology.

I mean you can't use poetic books, and pretend they are theological essays .... So no, People are not "nothing" compared to God ... People are in teh image of God, and God "number of hairs on Your head" ... that point (in the psalms I think) is not to be taken literal, it's a poetic verse that's there to make a larger point, the same With the verse origionally cited in Isaiah.
