I don't think it promises or even alludes to any of the things you mention.do you really want to be trapped in a physical body FOREVER?

And Jesus is a spiritual being. He has a great variety of experiences available to him you will not. Only the annointed get to hang out on the spiritual plane. There is no biblical promise of more than a perfect immortal human body.

Forever is a LONG time.

I am speculating - and, so are you. You have not seen nor experienced being in a perfect earth. You're basing your speculation to what you see and experience around you in this imperfect earth.

Furthermore, if there is boredom on that earth, it cannot be called perfect.

Scripturally the whole concept is weak.

seems like a finite period of punishment would be more appropriate for people who hurt and kill others seeing as people don't have to stay dead

how do you oppose a god? and why should any pone be killed for that alone?
