Religion and Magic

1. Science is the seeking of Factual and demonstrable explanations and causes.
It is responsible for 110% of man's progress relative to Religion and Magic.

I stopped reading right here. Although I am not a math major, I realized that the max. is 100%. ;)

You're lying; you just can't answer the meaty balance of the post. Still welcome to try. (rotsa ruck)
You didn't even answer the simple sentence Before "110%".

And I said 110%, as Religion (as disinfo) is at least -10% of man's knowledge.
So to get to 100% of what we know, one has to add back 110%.
You aren't a science or Math major.

Don't call me a liar. And you're right; I didn't major in math or a hard science. But I didn't have to attend college to learn how to be civil. ;)

2. Religion Simply and absolutely invokes supernatural explanation for the universe and any/everything else we don't understand.
It has ZERO factual basis.
There are Tens of Thousands of gods/Magic we/they created.

3. Magic is sleight of hand and [at least] it knows it. Religion says there are miraculous causes but It's adherents oft don't know it/are Indoctrinated or are willfully in denial.
Usually the latter as we have many people disingenuously fudging-for-god. They have to.

Several religionists, ie YECers, are far more Out there than ANY poster in the Conspiracy section.
In the 'magic' CT section they seek to manipulate just One act into a alternate explanation for the truth.
YECers have to deny just about Every single branch of science to maintain there view: Astronomy, Biology, Physics, paleontology, Geology, Dendochronology, Chemistry/Isotopic Dating, Fossil evidence, genomics, linguistics, etc, etc.
see Wiki 'Attitude towards science': Young Earth creationism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The YECers cannot sincerely debate because their views are DEMONstrably false.
Second string are those denying evolution even in a longer term version.

Moderator's Warning:
Wrong forum for generalized religion-bashing.

I would like to know what magic is before anyone can explain how it is related to "religion".

Magic includes things like levitation, walking on water, turning water into wine, being raised from the dead, that kind of thing.

I experience prayer as an active and ongoing conversation.

I'm sure that many who would practice "witchcraft" would say the same.
