The greek word stauros= an upright pole or stake--- except in trinity translations-cross is used.
Gods word teaches---One cannot partake of the table of God and the table of demons---but many are being mislead to do both. And God says one cannot.
Facts of history( pre Christ) show worldwide different forms of the cross were used in many false pagan religions and to represent false gods= table of demons.
There is 0 proof in existence of how Jesus died except the greek word stauros in the bible.
Fact--Jesus and his followers have 0 to do with the table of demons prevalent. Jesus would never accept a pagan false god worshipping icon as the front of his religion.
Just one of many errors found in trinity translations.

For one thing, Jesus didn't really have "his" religion. He was a Jew, with a philosophy that was a bit different from the religion he was raised with. I doubt he knew that Christianity would be a major religion today. As for the pagan issue, the early Christian church let the pagans keep some of their own religious symbols and holidays in order to help convert them, without putting up with too much of a fight.

I agree the great apostasy arose and allowed pagan practices( table of demons) to be kept in the celebrations---but Gods word teaches---One cannot partake of the table of God and the table of demons---- 99% of all religions allow this to occur. True Christianity isn't very large--Few they #

Your statement isn't my attitude---- I know the JW teachers are correct because they are the only ones who listen to Jesus, and I have personally seen many truths coming through them.
The truth---- the cross is a pagan false god worshipping symbol straight off the table of demons--Jesus and his followers have 0 to do with it.

How do you know that they are correct? Why do you believe them? Why should I believe them?

Baseless.

Try listening to Jesus for a change. Every encyclopedia in existence says you are baseless in your answer.

Jehovah's Witness don't listen to Jesus! They deny His Resurrection. They don't believe in the diety of Jesus.

It is a non-Christian cult.

So how do they explain Jesus was crucified? On a tree?

I am considering getting a hearing aid....either he has a very soft voice, or my hearing has failed.

Perhaps you should dig deeper into their real belief.

A Jehovah usually don't volunteer the fact that they don't believe in the diety or Resurrection of Christ. I've known that for a fact - having worked with, and discussed with a devout Jehovah's Witness. At first I thought that they're Christian because of how she was discussing the Bible and all that - I guess she was "working" on me. Until someone corrected me, and explained to me the JW's beliefs. So I asked this JW person about Christ. They do tend to hum and ahh when you ask them about Jesus' diety and Resurrection.

Unfortunately she quit before I could have a real discussion with her about her religion.

The Jehovah's Witnesses was begun by Charles Taze Russell in 1872. He was born on February 16, 1852, the son of Joseph L. and Anna Eliza Russell. He had great difficulty in dealing with the doctrine of eternal hell fire, and in his studies came to deny not only eternal punishment but also the Trinity, the deity of Christ, and the Holy Spirit. When Russell was 18, he organized a Bible class in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1879 he sought to popularize his aberrant ideas on doctrine. He co-published The Herald of the Morning magazine with its founder, N. H. Barbour; and by 1884 Russell controlled the publication and renamed it The Watchtower Announcing Jehovah's Kingdom and founded Zion's Watch Tower Tract Society (now known as the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society). The first edition of The Watchtower magazine was only 6,000 copies each month. Today the Witnesses' publishing complex in Brooklyn, New York, churns out 100,000 books and 800,000 copies of its two magazines--daily!

Russell claimed that the Bible could be only understood according to his interpretations--a dangerous arrangement since he controlled what was written in the Watchtower magazine. This kind of assertion is typical among leaders of cult religions.

After the death of Russell on Oct. 31, 1916, a Missouri lawyer named Joseph Franklin Rutherford took over the presidency of the Watch Tower Society which was known then as the International Bible Students Association. In 1931 he changed the name of the organization to "The Jehovah's Witnesses."

After Rutherford's death, Nathan Knorr took over. After Knorr, Frederick William Franz became president.

The Society was led by Mr. Henschel who died in 2003. The group has over 4 million members worldwide. The Watchtower Society statistics indicate that 740 house calls are required to recruit each of the nearly 200,000 new members who join every year.

The Jehovah's Witnesses have several ‘book studies' each week. The members are not required to attend, but there is a level of expectation that gently urges converts to participate. It is during these ‘book studies' that the Jehovah's Witness is constantly exposed to counter Christian teachings. The average Jehovah's Witness with his constant Watchtower indoctrination could easily pummel the average Christian when it comes to defending his beliefs.

The Jehovah's Witnesses vehemently portray the doctrine of the Trinity as pagan in origin and that Christendom, as a whole, has bought the lie of the devil. Along with denying the Trinity is an equally strong denial of the deity of Christ, the deity of the Holy Spirit, the belief in hell, and eternal conscious punishment in hell.

I challenge you to ask them questions about the Bible - about Jesus and salvation.

Here's a video to help you how to go about it. The way he was showing the Bible passage is helpful - which can be used to correct the misleading doctrine of JW about Christ.

I think it's crucial to try to help those who are misled by JW - most of them, if not all, are indeed looking to be saved.

Still on the video, that last part when he talked about "you don't turn a new leaf".....being re-born and having Christ in you will be reflected in the way you conduct yourself.

That is how we can help lead others to God, by being examples of what Christianity is all about.

Carm.org is run by satans right hand.

Jw,s know 100% Jesus was raised after 3 days.

neither Jesus or Paul taught a trinity-- No Israelite that ever served the almighty true God--never served a trinity.
Trinity translations are filled with errors to mislead.

Never mind the source. Deal with the message. Go ahead, ask them straight questions about the deity of Jesus Christ.
Yeah, they talked about raising from the dead ala-Lazarus. Ask them about the RESURRECTION.

Well, if you have a problem with the Trinity - then you've got a major problem yourself.

I know all the facts---Yes JW,s do believe Jesus was resurrected--you are misinformed---JW,s know 100% for sure Jesus is not HO THEOS---just Theos in the last line of John 1:1---means a small g.

The world sees a disunified mass of confusion within trinity religionssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.
They stand on both sides of wars of hatred killing each other on the orders of wicked men.
They are far removed from God or his son.

Ask me I will show you bible truth--I can use their own erred trinity translations to prove them wrong.

Heres truth--show me a trinity-- 1 Corinthians 8:6-- here is truth from Jesus--John 20:17, rev 3:12----Jesus has a God--- so you then must teach---God has a God with another God over there.

Do you rely only in John 1:1?
FYI, several passages in the Bible referred to the triunity of God. Go check the arguments in the other thread.

I have been doing this for years. I learned Jesus' truths and applied them, it easily shows which teachers teach his truths--like this ultra important one.

Therefore, keep on seeking first the kingdom and his ( YHWH(Jehovah) righteousness and all these other things will be added ( sustenance, covering, spirituality)Matt 6:33

Ultra important for one to be living their lives now doing these two things. If Jesus said first= ultra important--If Jesus said it--it is Gods will. I wonder how many Trinitarians seek YHWH(Jehovah) righteousness first daily? I know 100% for sure --Jesus' teachers make sure this is deep into each ones heart to live by daily.

Uhuh, you have nothing. You blindly follow a group of people who have demonstrated constantly that they have no access to truth since they constantly contradict themselves or get predictions wrong.

They never contradict themselves-- no predictions for over 40 years-- the light is very bright.
I blindly follow no-one--I learned Jesus' truths and applied them, and found the JW teachers are the only teachers on the planet who teach Jesus' truths. The NWT is the only translation in harmony with Jesus' truths.
