The Pope Said It Best

your idea that someone in the action of love is free from sin is ludicrous.

Since I'm just quoting what Jesus and the apostles said, I don't think it's ludicrous at all. But it's curious you do.

James 2:10–13
10 For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point khas become accountable for all of it. 11 For he who said, l“Do not commit adultery,” also said, l“Do not murder.” If you do not commit adultery but do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak and so act as those who are to be judged under mthe law of liberty. 13 For njudgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

Do you keep the whole law?

Galatians 5:22-23
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

sorry but its only your interpretation, which is ludicrous.........are you not the one who said, preaching the gospels, should only be inside the confines of a church?

While he indeed "said it best", my problem with his quote is that many people are blowing it out of proportion. They need to establish the fact that just because Pope Francis is progressive in his viewpoints doesn't mean the church will be. There's an article: bit.ly/13zmcjO That details how un-progressive the church is, and how their prejudices are historically ingrained. It's not bashing them of course, just laying down a few points and asking a few questions.

True, but it is refreshing and hopeful to have a pope who has a good spirit, who appears to be truly humble, and who understands the gospel message of love is all that ultimately counts for a Christian.
