All of them happened. Of that there can be no doubt. The question is whether any specific detail is to be taken literally.
With regard to the flood, certainly there was a flood which killed all but eight humans. Based on a lack of physical evidence, as well as the text of Genesis itself (which says that the sea raised fifteen cubits, about twenty two and a half feet), I would think it did not cover the whole world, but the whole human-inhabited world.
Regarding the serpent, Satan certainly did tempt Adam and Eve into violating the divine probationary command. Whether that command literally was to not eat a specific fruit, or whether he took the physical form of a serpent, I do not know, although it seems likely that he took the form of serpent on account of God's subsequent curse of the serpent.
Regarding David and Goliath, I see no reason not to believe the details, remember that when they said giant they meant six cubits (about nine feet), not a giant in the sense of being the size of mountains.
