When Christianity goes bad.

As opposed to voting for the most corrupt and vile, incompetent woman in American political history? You prefer her? Wow.

How can you use the words corrupt, vile and incompetent in DEFENSE of Trump? Are you a week-old kitten whose eyes are not yet open? Clinton is not my first choice but she's heads and shoulders above Trump, intellectually and morally. If she happens to be a bit of a pandering phony, that's nothing compared to the GOP with their incessant magical thinking. What the conservatives have done is take a person who was a TV celebrity with a long history of womanizing, exploitation of the financial system and questionable dealings with Russia and pretended (as they do) that he isn't any of the aforementioned things.

Holy ****, dude, denial is such an immutable component of right-wing thinking that I am no longer surprised at anything I hear from you guys. The GOP mascot should be Jesus riding a unicorn rather than just an elephant.

He just converted to Christianity, maybe 18 months ago, and he knows he isn't God.

He doesn't have to be god, he was appointed by god, right? Isn't that a very common claim on the christian right? So, because magical Jesus gave him a full pardon eighteen months ago, we are all supposed to pretend he hasn't been a dick his whole life? You do nothing but prove my previous statement.

That's garbage.

Actually, Trump did have to pay off a few women. Furthermore, his love of money is as plain as the ass that is his face. I do agree with you, though, that grabbing ******s and being obsessed with making money and screwing the poor are not enough to exclude someone from Jesus' favor. Clearly, god has rewarded Trump's constant treachery while simultaneously punishing poor children around the world.

For all the rhetoric in Mathew, the followers of Jesus are not above treating wealth like their true god.
