Love should be mutual, shouldn't it? According to the Bible apparently not always so.

Vague.

What are we talking about? Loving marriage? Loving a pet? A sibling? A friend?

Lots of different textures of love out there.

Loving oneself is mutual in any case

No. It is entirely possible to love someone and not have that love returned. That's fairly obvious. Not sure what your point is.

Love is not experienced the same way by all people.

Humans do not actually know what love is.

How about if I was to say, "Don't love me without my permission."

What's love got to do with it. What's love but a second hand emotion.

You cannot dictate someone else's emotions

But I can to some extent dictate on how they act on their emotions, if their actions are directed at me.

No you cant do that either but you can dictate how they may NOT act.

Why would love have to be mutual? And who gives a damn what an ancient book of mythology says?

That's what I meant. So, I will say this, if you are going to love me don't act on your love towards me without my permission.

Is that a problem that you have? Because it's called stalking.

Are we talking rape now?
