You did not read the article. This is not about race. Race is used to promote guilt and shift the blame. You need to look at things as they really are.

What is offered here is not even from the Telegraph, it's from a certified nutcase having a rant over what he read there in Jihadrage, the jewel of non-reporting.

Race is not required (as a presence) to go racist.

If that baffles you, take the example of anti-semitism. Where Jews constituting a race is highly debatable even among those of Mosaic faith, anti-semitism applied towards them is pure racism.

The parameters are the same as if directed towards people of different skin colour, religion or any ethnicity.
