The Church of Scientology uses a Personality Test known as the Oxford Capacity Analysis.
Free Personality Test - Oxford Capacity Analysis - Church of Scientology
In the early 1970s, while living as an emancipated teenage juvenile in San Diego, I unwittingly took a 300 True/False questions variation of this Oxford Capacity Analysis. I had met a flower child-like Scientology recruiter downtown. I accepted her offer to take the test. I knew nothing about Scientology.
Later in life, I also took the 567 questions MMPI2 test administered by a Harvard Medical School educated psychiatrist. Not only do Mental Health Professionals use this test. So do some large corporations to evaluate their newly hired professionals.

1, Do any of you have personal experiences with either of these tests?
2. Do you think the Oxford Capacity Analysis truly links to a religious concept. If yes, could you explain why?
3. Do you think either of these tests generate valid results?
