If my comment is wrong, then the police wouldn't matter at all. Have you noticed the hatred for police and the random shooting of cops lately? Imagine if everyone were a violent cop hater.

Your words, jimmie found in earlier posts. For some reason, I fail to see any restriction as to the era in which we are to find "a Christian example" I gave several examples with links - examples of atrocities committed by Christians using religious justifications.

or maybe you having no idea is the result of your own mental deficiency's

their was no commandment against killing only murder and the bible and other religions and the followers their of have made up plenty of cases where killing is not considered murder

so the idea that only your religion stops killing or always stops murder instead of encouraging it

or that the 10 commandments includes one against killing other people period

or that the god you want us to believe in is not a mass murdering bastard

Well, I'm a liberal and I'm clearly NOT PC. In fact, my observations are not politically correct at all. What's politically correct, with regard to religion, is to pander to and coddle the faithful with phony platitudes of oneness while the differences of faith rips our species to shreds before our eyes. In this way, the right wing demands its own political correctness as they worship at the church of dogmatic entitlement.

Now that is not to say that every conservative is a religious nut but, certainly, they have enshrined and do enshrine religion, and values relative to superstitions, into their politics wherever they exist. That is not an arguable point for anyone with a field of vision that includes BOTH the Taliban and the American religious right. I've heard you rail against Islam but you were always slow to include Christ on your list of catalysts to lunacy. I see it clearly.

You must be very strong. It takes a lot muscle power to wield a brush that broad.

Unfortunately, the "broad brush" was really a razor cut. Religion can NOT survive secular society because in a free market of ideas, theirs is ****. Magical angels and demons are the toys of our species' childhood. We're big boys now. We can put away the security blanket and open our eyes to the treasures of evolution.

I'm a practicing Christian. I'm a liberal. Therefore I believe in Matthew 25 and do not understand why some Christians do not heed the words of Christ.

your pretending morality only existed after Christianity and that all developments within it are nothing but results of it and progress towards the original intentions of its founders
