Although he resigned and was not fired, did he receive any kind of 'correction' for his life? Has his heart and mind been changed for the better or has he just gotten colder to things? Where is the correction that gives people a change of heart towards ill behaviors? I'm not talking about time outs in jails, either.
 
Does anybody care for him enough to help him not make the same kinds of mistakes? Does anybody care enough for the millions of citizens in The US that are running towards having to resign before they get fired?
