Talk about sucking up to a powerful figure.
Whoever bought it is probably guaranteed a Governorship somewhere in Russia?

Thing that really surprises me is that Putin actually allowed publicity that a Professional Artist had finished the work.
Cannot really say it was Putin's work, after all apart from signing his name, how much of the picture was he supposed to have painted.
What a plonker.

Imagine Obama if cleaned his nose into napkin - for how much the napkin would be sold among Obamaniacs?
