10,000 homeless in Detroit who depend on volunteers for healthcare. Germany has universal care that homeless can access for free.

I've spend time in Detroit. It's hardly a ringing endorsement for taking care of homeless people. It's one of the most dire cities I've ever seen, and I've spend time in 3rd world countries.

You should really not be throwing stones at more developed parts of the world if you live in Detroit.
