I'm voting "No". And they never will be, until we get some kind of major tax/entitlement comprehensive reform package through. This has now become both part of the sacrosanct "middle class tax" ground that No One Dare Tread, and an annual destabilizer, much like the AMT. They ought to either put the dang thing back where it was, or just admit that it's staying where it is, and make it officially permanent.
