Does Obama have a plan if he is elected to a second term?

We hear how contagious romnesia is because Ryan has apparently become infected with that disease.

Voters hear all the time what is wrong with the other guys, but I think we have all come to the point where we want to know if Obama indeed does have a plan if elected to a second term and what those plans could be.

Obama won the second debate but it is surprising that the race remains tight especially in some of the swing states. Will the final debate be the make or break event?

Why did Obama nap? If he had been as strong on the first debate there is a distinct possibility that there would have been no cliff hanger. :roll:

To date, I've heard that Obama's second term plan is:

'Flexibilty'...and maybe a third phone call to Mitch McConnell...when he has time.

I don't think Obama won the second debate. It was pretty even to me. People think he won the second debate because he just did better than the first one, his expectations were lower

I must be the only person on this site who has read each candidates plan. I picked apart Romney's plan in another thread. Looks like I have to explain Obama's plan too.

I'm not saying that at all. People want to complain that Obama has no plan, when he does. Sometimes you have to spell it all out on one page to make it easier to digest.

To add new plans that help out small businesses and manufacturing especially. Let the bush tax cuts expire for the wealthy. Draw down more troops. Discuss Iran a lot. The house will be majority controlled by the democrats by the end of his term perhaps. By the time he is out of office going by fed predictions jobs will begin to pay more and normalize, but unemployment will still be relatively high at 6%. Same as his plan for the first term. Continue to **** up the economy, and blame Bush and the Republicans for the mess that he's making of it.

Charles Krauthhamer correctly noted that the only thing that kept it from being a complete win for Romney objectively was his screwing up the Rose Garden comment about "terrorist act". But it was a take one step backward to take two forward since it focused attention on the FACT that Obunny and his minions blamed the consular deaths on a riot over a silly video

part of being a liberal and demanding that you be given the power to run the lives of others and spend THEIR money for "the greater good" is the assumption that one is also smarter than the peons. ITs hard to claim you ought to run someone else's life if you don't pretend you know more than they do

Obama has no more an idea how to help small mom and pop businesses than Romney. Businesses in the red do not substantially benefit from tax cuts, have no need to train new workers because they are about to go under, and largely are ineligible for loans because they are failing. Main Street needs customers with money to spend. That is it.

Obama has no clue at all how to help small businesses. Romney has proven that he does; and has done so on several occasions.

Obama has theories, that have produced no positive results. Romney has produced actual results.

I am pretty skeptical that Romney really does either, but at this point I am leaning toward a new devil because I am pretty certain that the one we've got isn't going to do anything different.

He'll do a few things different, but for the most part it will be slow but steady improvement.

But if you don't mind reversing all obama era regulations including wall street regulations designed so the greedy basturdos can't screw the world again, then romney is your man. If you don'tmind eliminating all those nasty useless EPA regulations because we all know that climate change is a liberal hoax and corporations would never deliberately dump toxic wastes or increase their unmonitored emissions.

If you a return to cowboy foreign policy then Romney is your man, since three quarters of this foreign policy team are from the bush administration. If you want to get into a trade war with China the romney is your man. If you want middle class taxes to go up then yep romney is the guy.

Of course, all that apple pie and american flag stuff in his 80+plan is fabulous stuff. don't think there is a single person in america regardless of political stripe that doesn't think better shools is a priority, or making access to secondary edcuation easier and more affordable. Ther aer so many platitudes in that plan is hard to find any meaningful detail.

Obama definitely has a plan though it's not surprising that nobody knows about it. Of course, Obama hasn't gone around making an issue of his plan...he'd rather focus on Romney's tax status. Obama's plan, like Romney's, is light on details but what it boils down to is "tax and spend". Pretty much what he has advocated for the last four years.
