"Damn this Seperations of Powers bull ****"--The Kenyan Tyrant

The filibuster has nothing to do with separations of power...

Considering our Forefathers and The Founders stood against pretty much everything Obama stands for..........

.........anything that stops the DNC agenda........is as patriotic as it gets.

Thomas Jefferson founded the modern Democratic party.

Are you taking history lessons from Michele Bachmann or something?

Yeah, he's done a pretty good job so far. He promised us a moderate, and we got one. Hopefully he'll be a little more reckless in his second term. He's classy, intelligent, and seems honorable. I'm a bit more jaded than I was in 2008, but now we have real results to go with. He's done okay by me. Not perfect, but okay.

And especially since the alternative is republicans... Voting for Obama is easy when compared with his opponents.

Ps, Badmutha... what reality are you living in? Even when you're trying to make a point, you resort to inane, charged up language. There's no facts, just a lot of hot air. Do you have any real criticism, or do you just hate the man for reasons you can't quite explain?

Oh no! White people are such victims.

I swear if the ultra-right didn't have their victimhood, they'd have nothing at all. Claims of reverse racism mean - YOU"RE A ****ING IDIOT!

Obama to me so far has been a mediocre President in most respects, but in terms of foreign policy, the issue I most care about, I believe that he has done pretty well considering the constraints he has had to work with.

I voted yes, but with the obvious caveat that this assumes that the republicans don't find some one I would actually like. None of the front running republican candidates would get my vote, so Obama.

This statistic has been disproven repeatedly. Think hard and see if you can figure out the obvious flaw.

I would prefer a liberal president over Obama, so I will wait to see if a credible candidate comes forward to challenge him. :sun

what's wrong with not having children?

I don't trust people in positions of power-power sufficient to create precedents that live past them-who don't have children. having children is a rather significant brake on doing something really stupid for the ages

Historically not true.

Interesting take.

Personally I think both people who have children and people who don't are capable of making some really dumb decisions.

And for some people, having children is the dumbest one of all.

well I agree with that sentiment 100%

but two unmarried childless women don't have the anchors to the future that I would like among Supreme Court Justices.

Well the President cant stop a fillibuster now can he?

Granted the Kenyan Tyrant wishes he could......or just do away with the Congress all together......then he could deliver the Divided Socialist States of ObamAmerica these liberals are craving........

Maybe your grandaddy's grandaddy's Democrat Party........

to lay taxes to provide for the general welfare of the U.S.” that is to say “to lay taxes for the purpose of providing for the general welfare.” for the laying of taxes is the power and the general welfare the purpose for which the power is to be exercised. they are not to lay taxes ad libitum for any purpose they please but only to pay the debts or provide for the welfare of the Union. in like manner they are not to do anything they please to provide for the general welfare, but only to lay taxes for that purpose. to consider the latter phrase, not as describing the purpose of the first, but as giving a distinct & independent power to do any act they please, which might be for the good of the Union, would render all the preceding & subsequent enumerations of power completely useless. it would reduce the whole instrument to a single phrase, that of instituting a Congress with power to do whatever would be for the good of the U.S. and as they would be the sole judges of the good or evil, it would be also a power to do whatever evil they pleased"--Thomas Jefferson

He destroys the entire Democrat Platform of today in one paragraph......gotta give Tom props.

The GOP would have to screw up colossally in the primaries for me to vote to re-elect President Obama. Of course, I am not likely to vote at all unless the GOP offers an outstanding candidate.

Good, people like you will ensure Obama wins

As a Democrat, Liberal, Progressive, etc., if the election were to be held today, would you vote for President Obama?

I am on the fence at this point. He has done many good things, but he has also dissappointed me in grave ways as well.

What about you, my fellow bleeding heart? Will you vote for him?
If only the candidates who have declared and/or formed exploratory committees so far are running, I would vote for Obama.

Can you give one example of his "Moderation"? The Kenyan Tyrant has never crossed the aisle......as Tyrant......or Senator.

"Independent".....who votes Democrat every time........because of those evil alternatives to insanity.

I stand with the Founders......for Freedom and Liberty..........and against any and all who infringe.

Why should I care if he wins, if there isn't a better candidate in the race?

Can you name a candidate who wouldnt be better than Obama--Worst President in History?

Read your chart for comprehension. Even by it's standard(which we have no clue what standard that is since you do not supply a source), he crossed the isle over 4 % of the time, which is not "never".

Nice try though.

Well, not really, it's a pretty bad job actually.
