Alfons, it is true.

Not just the liberal media, but everyone wants to persecute real christians. They only like the fluffy bunny kind.

LOL,

the entirely Christianity is an establishement of Christian Nation, I suggest you read the Holy Bible ( KJV ) again.

The Kingdom of Heaven refers to an event at the end of history, when entropy is replaced with eternity. Everything imperfect will be destroyed, and that includes all human-made constructions like the United States of America.

It also refers to an event in a person's soul, "the Kingdom of Heaven is in you." When a person's soul is in compliance with Christianity, their spirit no longer subsists in materiality. They effectively live in the Kingdom of Heaven, because they carry eternity within them.

A true Christian never kills or commits crime, it is difficult to believe that Latino Christians strictly follow all God's Commandments.

Then a true Christian would never go to war. Nations go to war all the time, and rely implicitly on the threat of force in all their dealings. Nations also hunger after non-spiritual things.

I think the media in general has their favorite groups the like to do pro and against stories about. For example extremist muslims and Jews in the middle east burning bibles, not one peep. But a barely unknown pastor of a small church burns a koran and every person who tosses the salad of terrorists are screaming how dare he. A unknown republican allegedly tries to solicit gay sex in a bathroom and its news for weeks.A gay governor has a homosexual affair while his wife is sick in the hospital and he is a brave man for coming out the closet and even gets to go on Oprah to talk about his "bravery" A well know democrat presidential candidate has an affair and it barely makes a peep on the main stream media.

The media always goes for the most controversial story, and if it has political overtones, that too makes it news, and it doesn't matter which party they go after.

You know all of this, so why the sham paranoia act?

.... You're a troll.

Maybe because they can't disagree civilly?

We all know how 'social conservative' disagreements go. It's "you can disagree with us but you still have to abide by our beliefs". Case and point: gay marriage, embryonic stem cell research, gay marriage, school prayer etc.

One could argue that social liberals are the same. They say social conservatives can disagree but that they must abide by liberal beliefs (allowing federally funded embryonic stem cell research, not being allowed to pray in school, etc.)

The finer points can be awkward, but overall the resemblance has its limits.

Federally funded stem cell research has less to do with the "importance" of liberal beliefs to do with the "unimportance" of socially conservative beliefs, and public schools allow prayer, they just don't organize or mandate prayer sessions.

Alfons playing the victim again...
Who could of guessed?

Christians are mostly persecuted religion in the world, everyday burn churches in Egypt, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Nigeria etc., everyday dozens, hundred or thousands Christians are being killed, mainly by adherents of a very peaceful Religion. Nevertheless Liberal Medias are strongly keeping silence and say almost nothing about persecution of Christians, however we can hear their 24/7 non-stop outcry and outrage if a city like NYC dare to be against skyscraper high mosque on Ground Zero or two imams are not allow to fly. Obviously Liberal Medias misinterpret the 1st Amendment and pursue to establish either an Atheistic State, or, at least a State where Christians will be persecuted like in aforementioned countries. Am I right or not, please vote and put your opinion.

Whoa, whoa, whoa?! Christianity is the most persecuted religion in the world?! What in the hell are you smoking? Christianity started all the hate, they have done all the persecution. Yes now everyone picks on Christians because everyone hates Christians, as payback for the thousand years Christianity has crushed every other religion on the planet. SOOO, I wouldn't be talking about Christianity being the most persecuted, very, very hypocritical.

Bull****. When was the last time your female friends were told to get abortions? Social liberals are in favor of choice. You can be a zealous little Christian all you want as long as you keep it to yourself and don't impose it on others. That's not an imposition of belief. It comes from the Lockean belief in self-determination. Why don't you pick up a book on this? You've tried the argument before and it ALWAYS falls flat on its face.

So a lot of our troops who proclaim Christianity as their faith aren't true Christians?

No, they are both in favor of legislating their morality. They both want to impose their beliefs in the form of law. For Christians and pro-life individuals, we see abortion as murder and want it to be illegal. For liberals, they see abortion as a perfectly acceptable choice and they want it to remain legal upon demand. It's about legislating morality on both sides. Some liberals would legislate their morality by imposing hate speech laws which would be restricting.

Many can't disagree civilly, and that's why there is hatred.

China is persecuting Tibetan Buddhists and Asian Muslims just as much as they are persecuting Christians.

And I think Jews would have an issue with you calling Christians the most persecuted religion in the world.

And I would really like to see how Christians and Jews and Muslims would react if someone tried to open a Church of Satan in any part of the world.

But to answer your question, no, I don't think most mainstream liberal media outlets hate Christians. Sure, there are media outlets that do, but there's also conservative media outlets (not mainstream) that hates anybody but Christians. So it probably evens out in the end.

How many Atheists are in Congress these days compared to Christians, Jews, Muslims even Buddhists?

This is false digs, some people may believe this, but not all. Definitely not me.

This is how I see it...both sides cater to their own and want to ram their own morality or lack of down everyones throat.

What's wrong with you do what you want to do and I do what I want to do?

We cant all do what we want...or there would be blood running in the street. Thats why we all live by laws and rules from the day were born.

Any social construct is a result of force (humans themselves are a force, so it follows anything we produce is the result of force).

It's not the same though. Social conservatism demands priority for a mindset and lifestyle. Social liberalism generally distances itself from a specific mindset or lifestyle in favor of cultural relativism.

As much as some liberals would like to use libertarian rhetoric, they have just as many (if not more) problems as conservatives in doing so. An employer hires a worker at $3 an hour? The cry goes out: "Exploitation!" and the iron fist of the state moves to restrict the employee's freedom.
