Yes, but none of those people take themselves as seriously as Trump takes himself. He believes his own hype.

I voted yes, but in reality we know the answer is no...if a white person dared go anywhere near the same level as some blacks do with whites for comedy..Al sharpton and Jesse and Whoopi and company would all have soiled shorts
 
I think the Pres did very well, even if his jokes were scripted. Personally, I think Daily's writers did his speech....
 
I will say this. The word nigger is hard for white comedians to use. While most good comedians are incredibly offensive, these comedians that actually use the word have to use it in a way that makes blacks and white laugh. Lisa Lampennali and Louis C.K. come to mind. In fact, Louis C.K. has written many jokes for Chris Rock, and directed and wrote the movie "Pootie Tang" an incredibly goofy and funny movie. Here is his use of the word:

really....you should try being the one black guy constantly surrounded by white people. I get plenty of jokes.....but maybe it's because I'm on the short side....who knows.

My mom gets offended at ANYTHING - anything perverse, twisted, weird, off the wall, odd, ridiculous. . . she has no humor but is very emotional and pissy. *omg!* a joke!

Trump looked uncomfortable the entire time, and that's ridiculous but not surprising... He takes himself way too seriously. He needs to get knocked down a few levels.

I think the biggest difference is in the derogatory nature of the use of words. I also believe that there are reasons why whites get offended...one being that there ARE a lot of white folks that dont fit the stereotypical silver spoon white person...that has led a ****ed up life by anyones standards, and resents being placed in the same category as other whites. Its easy to tell that person "yeah...but you still have it better than most black folks"...but thats not going to be all that well recieved.
