So do I. It's mindless crap that the extremist right wingers started. Conspiracy if I've ever seen one.
 
I think conspiracy threads on the same crap should be combined just like if two posters post the same story in the breaking news section, a mod will combine the threads. Because it seems like the same conspiracy loons make the same threads over and over and over and over again.

Especially now that the President has released his long form birth certificate for public view, birth-er threads are clearly on the level of fake moon landings and 9/11-inside-job conspiracies.
 
I vote no. I think that the birther stuff is a bunch of nonsense because if there were anything at all to it a political rival would have seized on it, but I'm not ready to call it a conspiracy theory just yet because Obama has not yet addressed all of the issues the birthers have brought up, it's not just about the birth certificate for some people. Once Obama addresses all of the birther issues no matter how beneath him he thinks that may be, then it's a conspiracy theory.

Feedback and Suggestions, perhaps, as this thread is about a change in moderator practice, not birth certificates.
