Thank you for restating my question. That's the point of the poll, Redress. To, ya know, find that out.

This is kinda like starting a poll to ask whether the sun will come up in the morning.

Not really since the overwhelming majority agree that the answer is no. Did you vote?

Beck has immense potential -- just not for TV.

It was a negative question. Do you think the sun will not rise tomorrow? No.

Everyone agrees the sun will rise tomorrow, and Beck will continue his career.

I don't think Redress was saying that. Redress said this poll is like asking "Will the sun rise in the morning?" Obviously yes. So Redress' answer is "Yes, his career is over." Of course I could be wrong. Redress can clarify. :)

The other day on the radio show a lady called in and asked, "Are you still going to have a radio show?" Glenn paused and asked, "Do you trust me?" Something tells me Glenn is going to "go Galt" for awhile.......

Now that he won't have his nightly TV show on Fox News, is this it for Glenn Beck?

No, he's not finished yet.

After all, Rush Limbaugh once had a half-hour television show that aired every weekday. His radio show was the entrance for that. When the television show ended, Rush still had his radio gig. And still does to this day.

So no, Glenn Beck isn't going away now. He has made so much money off his radio/tv/book/live shows that he should be set for life. But I'm guessing that Glenn Beck will still be in radio for quite some time. After all, Alice Cooper is. And just because he won't do a daily tv show he may still do all those other things to earn a few bucks.

So yeah, the last thing on my mind is Glenn Beck's career.

No. The idea is that no one thinks Beck's career is over, just as no one thinks the sun will not rise in the morning. The idea of a poll like this is to try and portray people as thinking something foolish, so you can jump on them.

Told you so

No, he's not going away, he has a radio station list that most radio talk show hosts would be proud to have, however well over 200 on his station list air his show one day of the week - Sat or Sun.

Has it occured to anyone that he may be planning a run for the presidency? The timing would be just about right.

I don't think he would do that...he's got to know he wouldn't have a chance of winning a single independent vote, and would most moderate Republicans. He has less of a chance of winning as Palin, IMO.

I think that's entirely a possibility. Didn't he have high ratings? Did Roger Ailes really care about his ratings too much, anyway?

You can't campaign for president if you have a tv show - Donald Trump's exact problem till June.

For all we know Beck might be a darling of Roger Ailes and Fox News. Maybe even Rupert Murdock, and it could be they want him to be president. It's not like a lot weirder things have ever happened. He'd have a huge corporation paying the costs.

If not Beck, Fox will get behind Trump, He's practically family and lives nearby. You can tell they all adore him.

I'm 100 percent sure that's not going to happen.
