Who will you or who would you (if your a foreigner or not of age) vote for on in the upcoming Federal election?

Mayor Snorkum will vote for the candidate that best represents the real American views.

You Canadians would benefit if you did the same up north.

What gives you the authority to decide "real American views"

We are so accustomed to our system that any American values to be brought here will out the country disarray.

Also, most of us would not welcome American values.

Definately the BQ... they can't win at the national level of course, but I would love to see more BQ MPs representing the province of Quebec in the Parliament...

The Bloc are Separatist losers who lust to see the country be torn apart by Quebec separating.

The Bloc is nothing positive.

I just notices how the colours of the polls result bars correspond with the colour of the party they represent. :p

The BQ are very positive for the future freedom and independence for Quebec...

Quebec independence would destabilise Canada and would lead to Quebec having a very hard time getting along in the world.

A free Quebec would be a very bad thing. Plus no one wants it.

1. That would be Canada's problem.
2. Quebec would be fine in the international community without the rest of Canada.
3. Many in Quebec want it. If that wasn't the case, why did the federal government have to cheat to prevent the last referendum from passing?

Look, I have nothing against Canada, but Quebec ought to be separate. I have seen enough of the attitude of Canadian people regarding Quebec and the French language to realize that it is best for the two sides to amicably separate.

You need to live here to fulling understand that there is a tiny minority of people, maybe 30% in Quebec, that still want to separate. The reason the Bloc keeps getting elected is that's the way the Francophones get their voice in parliament. I've lived in Quebec, I now live in Ontario, and I can tell you that both sides doesn't want anyone leaving.

Quebec would find it financially difficult to separate. It receives a larger share of federal money then it pays in taxes to the federal government, it would be required to takes its per capita share of the national debt. The it would have to face the issue of the various indian reservations which might decide to leave "Quebec". Given the size of some land claims and where some of the reservations are, it could make economic conditions in Quebec very difficult.

The maritimes would be the area in the largest difficulty though if Quebec separated

Will have to wait and see who is running.
