Anyway, there is the truth, as in facts and empirical data, and then there is the eternal essence of the truth. As long as you represent the eternal essence of the truth, you have moral license to lie about facts and empirical data.

Limbaugh even bragged that MSNBC couldn't stop talking about him... now they have, but you know his arrogance is still there... lol

It is a lot of commentary and opinionated stuff... but I still think there reactions are over dramatized or not true to their actual feelings. I feel the same way about most politicians... they'll say things and make promises depending on who the audience is, and have no real intention to act on their promises. The difference is, these guys don't want to get elected. They want higher ratings and fatter wallets.

No they haven't. They talk about him nightly as far as I can tell.
I remember Limbaugh challenged them to NOT talk about him for a couple weeks and then check their ratings. They laughed and refused. It was either Olbermann or Ed who then intensived his coverage by putting that clip of Rush bouncing at Cpac in the corner of the screen until it drove viewers crazy. It was pretty childish on both sides.
 
I haven't seen Beck tear up much, however. I usually get back in time to see it, so I can either laugh or sigh, but I have not seen much crying take place yet.

That's like saying I believe half the **** I say. Limbaugh and Beck are entertainers, and I'm here for entertainment. The general forums are to full of n00bs and trolls to hold a real discussion, and when we do hold a real discussion mutual ground is reached fairly quickly and the conversation is over. Silly games ftw.

This whole thing, this national divide is based on one thing, the wealthy vs the masses.

Not only does Beck believe what he says he backs it up generally with Audio or Video proving it in the words of those he talks about.

Limbaugh I can't speak about because I don't listen to him.

Negatory. Like all pundits, they take actual facts and then put their spin on it. It's important to note that yes, they start with actual facts, but by the time they are done with the fact it is pure opinion/conjecture.

If you want news items that are just news items without conjecture... good luck. Its hard to find it, but it does exist occassionally. Most AP stories come without bias though I have heard some complain about it.

Of course, they present the Objective Facts, often in the own words of the progressive radicals they are exposing as a threat to American Republicanism.
 
I didnt read this whole thread but I voted I don't know because well, I DON'T know

with that said I hope the answer is no

Its hard for me to fathom that 2 people so smart in certain ways could be so severely dumb in others.

Super smart promoters, spin doctors, marketers, commentators and entertainers!

Can a person be that smart in those ways and say and BELIEVE some of the nonsense they talk? I seriously doubt it.

Fact is they are great at what the do

also just as a side note anybody that HONESTLY believes that what they say is gospel or always proven and backed up doesn't know much about anything. You are very very gullible or uninformed. Fact is they have both lied many times and pushed their opinion as fact.

BUT

I don't have a problem with that, I listen daily, I find them entertaining. I'm just smart enough to know they are far from gospel, its just entertainment LMAO
